Since the days of GranTurismo, Evans Motorsports has seen all types of competition. In the GT series, Operator competed mainly in circuit races, as per his specialty, and was the "tuner guy" for Team Money Racing. Combined with his three friends, (Today named: JakeandBake, and Team Money Racing's FNG421 and Xasvier) there was no game they could not conquer. Around the year 2002 the game switched to NASCAR, and Operator officially joined TMR. The chemistry at TMR was second to none. Practically no one could topple the TMR giant, whose motto is, "Race like a Villain, Win like a Villain!" A competant road course racer, Operator quickly racked up more wins than Richard Petty over the next three years. In 2005, Op left the team to begin his own crew, while still remaining a close ally of TMR. His tuner faction got a name-change: From EvansSPEED to Evans Motorsports. Team Money Racing and Evans Motorsports enjoyed a good partnership over the next two years on the NASCAR circuits. Late in 2006, EM's headquarters moved from Dallas, Texas to Okinawa, Japan.

Early in 2007, Forza Motorsport 2 became the game of choice. After being exposed to the drifting community, Operator became very interested in getting sideways. In August of 2007, the Evans Motorsports Drift faction was co-founded by OperatorTX 13 and Notorious Smok3.
